General Outline
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your use of Bayou Binz service. It is between you (“you” or “Customer”), as an authorized user of the services, and Bayou Blast Cleaning LLC, dba Bayou Binz (The Service).This Agreement, along with any rules, policies, price lists, or other documents included by reference and updated from time to time by Bayou Binz (together known as the “Agreement”), represents the complete understanding between Bayou Binz and you about their cleaning service. By using the Service, you confirm that you accept and agree to follow this Agreement.
Service
Bayou Binz provides its services on their website, ~ www.bayoubinz.com They offer a trash can cleaning service that starts with a subscription plan of your choice. This subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before your renewal date. To cancel, you may do so in the customer portal or by emailing wash@bayoublast.la
Customer Responsibilities
Bayou Binz will send you email and text message notifications about your service. On the day of service, please have your trash cans at the curb by 6:00 a.m. If that’s not possible, make sure they are visible from the street and easy to access. Our service hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For subscription customers, we will place a small sticker on your can after your first clean. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE IT. This will keep us from accidentally cleaning your neighbor’s can instead of yours on the next visit.
Guidelines For Smooth Service Delivery
Cans can hold up to 1 medium-sized bag of garbage. However, we may not be able to clean your can if any can has any of the following:
- More than 1 bag of garbage or any bag that weighs more than 25 pounds.
- Loose trash, yard waste, diapers, or pet waste.
- Hazardous materials like chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.
- Building materials such as plaster, stucco, or concrete.
Rescheduling Service:
If your trash cans can’t be cleaned on the scheduled day, please let us know before 7:00 a.m. on that day, and we will reschedule your cleaning for the next time we’re in your area. If you don’t notify us, we’ll still try to clean them, but if we can’t, we’ll inform you. Please note that there are no refunds after 7:00 a.m. on the day of the cleaning. For non-recurring service plans, if your trash cans can’t be serviced on the scheduled day, be sure to notify us before 7:00 a.m. on the day of service, and we will arrange for cleaning the next day we have available.
If you don’t notify us and we send our truck to your home but can’t provide the service due to factors we can’t control, you’ll receive an email explaining why. Because of the costs involved in sending our employee and vehicle to your home, we cannot offer any refunds.
Cancelation of Service:
Cancellations can be processed through our customer portal, or by emailing us wash@bayoublast.la
We must receive cancellation notices before 7:00 a.m. on the day of service. No refunds will be issued after 7:00 a.m. on the day of service.
The Trash Can Cleaning Company ’s Responsibilities
If The Trash Can Cleaning Company doesn’t provide its service on the scheduled day for reasons not related to the customer’s responsibilities mentioned earlier, the company will compensate the customer in one of the following ways at its discretion:
- Scheduling the service for the next available business day.
- Giving the customer a credit for the missed service.
Modifications to Customer Agreement
The Trash Can Cleaning Company has the right to change how we provide our services to improve our clients’ experience and ensure the success of the service program.
Charges
By using our service, you agree to pay all fees based on the current prices for your area at the time you sign up. These fees do not include sales tax or other taxes unless required by law. Bayou Binz reserves the right to change prices or add new fees for using the service. If there are any price changes, we’ll inform you via phone, mail, or email. You have the option to continue the service after your initial term or to cancel it then.
If you continue using the service or don’t cancel your account after we notify you of changes, you accept the new prices. Payments for your service are due based on your payment schedule and must be made with the credit card you provided. Charges will be billed according to the payment plan you selected. If your credit card payment to Bayou Binz is not processed, you agree to pay any amounts owed upon request.
Every time you use the service, you confirm that Bayou Binz can charge your credit card. The terms set by your card issuer apply to your use of that card with us, so be sure to check that for your rights and responsibilities. If you signed up for a special offer with a pre-paid discount for a set number of months, those fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except in case of a proven move.
You should promptly notify Bayou Binz of any changes to: (a) your credit or debit card number or expiration date; (b) your billing address; and let us know if your card is lost or stolen. Your service has a recurring fee based on your schedule and the authorized credit card. You can cancel future recurring charges at any time, as long as you let us know before your next billing date by emailing: wash@bayoublast.la
Note: If you cancel a recurring service within 30 days after your first cleaning, you allow Bayou Binz to charge your card for the difference between the chosen recurring price and the published one-time cleaning price. The one-time cleaning fee for new customers is currently $45.00 for one trash can. For example, if you order monthly service for one can and then cancel after the first cleaning, your card will be charged the difference of $30.
Bayou Binz may suspend or end your service without notice if any credit or debit card charges are rejected or if your card issuer requests a refund for payments previously made to us, assuming we believe you are responsible for those charges. These rights are in addition to any other legal rights or remedies we may have.
